The Flashforge Creator 3 3D printer is a powerful dual IDEX extruder 3D printer with a large print volume and high maximum extruder temperature for those more technical filaments.

The Creator 3 is designed for prototyping and the manufacture of functional parts. The IDEX system is at the heart of this machine. It allows you to do enhance both the quality of your 3D prints and also speed up your production or development time. Using a dual extruder means that you can use solid infill like PVA on one of the extruders so that you can print complex parts with a wash away solid support. The dual extruder functionality also means that you can use both extruders independently to print at the same time different models on different sides of the printer, speeding up your print time. And of course you can print multiple colours or multiple materials at the same time.

Additional to this you have a large print volume of 30 x 25 x 20 cm so you can either print large objects or a lot more smaller objects for each print run.

Combined with the maximum nozzle temperature of 300°C and a maximum bed temperature of 120°C it also opens up the possibility to print with a large range of different materials so that you can pick and choose the material properties you would like your model to have.

Flashforge Creator 3 features

Dual IDEX extruders

Did we mention that the Flashforge Creator 3 has dual independent extruders? As outlined this has advantages both for print quality and productivity. The printer can be operated in 2 additional new modes of Duplicate and mirror printing.

The Flasforge Creator 3 - IDEX printer modes

Duplicate Mode allows you to print the same object twice, on both sides of the build plate, at the same time. One object per extruder. Whilst you cannot print mixed colour material objects you can print your objects in different colours.

Mirror mode means that you can print a mirrored version of your object. This is great where you need to print left and right versions of an object easily.

Support Mode is where You print with an additional material in one of the extruders for the support structure created by the slicer software. HIPS with ABS would be a good combination here.

Multi-material Mode allows you to print a single object with two colours or two materials. You can use solid infill Support filament with this like PVA filament for those really complex parts. or print an object with ABS and PLA or even just in two different colours.

Removable & Flexible Build Plate

It is extremely easy to remove your prints from the Creator 3 as it utilises a flexible build plate. Simply remove and if you flex it it makes it very easy to remove your parts.

Fully enclosed Build Area

It has a fully enclosed build area to help with consistent extrusion, especially for materials like ABS that are prone to warping. It reduces the effect of environmental effects like drafts on the consistency of your print. This also includes chamber fans to help optimise the internal temperature of the chamber as well as protecting hands from the hot parts of the printer.

Added extras

The Creator is easy to use directly from the Touch screen interface. Easily change settings on your printer and manually operate it. It also features a built in HD camera so that you can remotely monitor your prints in real time. Very handy for those long prints.

You can return your goods to iDig3Dprinting for any reason within 14 business days following receipt at your delivery address as long as they are in a re-saleable condition.

Filaments & resins cannot be returned once opened as once exposed to air these items perish.

Shipping costs of returned items are paid by the customer

A full refund will be issued for unopened items that are returned in their original packaging that are in a “as new” re-saleable condition minus additional costs that are incurred by iDig3Dprinting like payment processing fees, custom duties or charges.

We are afraid we cannot issue refunds for products that have been defaced, altered, used, or damaged in any way. All requests for refunds are subject to inspection by iDig3DPrinting of the returned item. We are not a charity or a lending library.

Refunds and returns for faulty items works a bit differently. Faulty goods can be accepted for return upto 60 days from receipt of the goods (However we prefer to offer diagnostics and repair solutions prior to an actual return, its better for the environment). After this time you will need to contact the Manufacturer. A repair or replacement will be issued for faulty goods once they have passed inspection and been found by iDig3Dprinting to be faulty.

This is a brief account of our returns policy. For the full terms please see our Terms and conditions page. Content on the Terms and Conditions page supersedes this content.
