Monsters abound in the trailer for Netflix's Skull Island, and none looms larger than King Kong himself.
The upcoming animated series sees a group of explorers on a rescue mission gone awry. They find themselves on perilous Skull Island, where tentacled beasts lurk beneath the waves, giant crabs roam the beaches, and massive birds can swoop you toward certain doom at any minute. And while all these monsters are cool, Skull Island knows where its bread is buttered: King Kong. The teaser gives us a quick glimpse of him letting out a huge roar, and it's enough to know that this giant ape means business.
